We are seeking an experienced OnlyFans Traffic Manager to drive online traffic, optimize conversion rates, and maximize digital performance. The OnlyFans Traffic Manager will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, managing campaigns to increase traffic, and ensuring a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with a deep understanding of web analytics, traffic acquisition strategies, and performance optimization.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic through organic, paid, and referral channels.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic sources, user behavior, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics and others.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and SEO teams to optimize campaigns and improve the quality of incoming traffic.
• Manage paid traffic initiatives, including PPC, display ads, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Identify and target growth opportunities, developing plans to acquire, retain, and convert website visitors.
• Perform A/B testing on landing pages and other website elements to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in website traffic management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Proficient in paid traffic channels (IG Ads, OF Promos).
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content optimization strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Expected Pay Range: 60,000$ - 130,000$
