Infinite Agency is seeking Chat Agents to provide excellent customer support via our online chat platform. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide timely support. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. • Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to improve the customer experience.
• Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services and processes.
• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.

• 6+ months of experience as a chat agent
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on building relationships
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expected Pay Range: 15,000$ - 60,000$
